Blaine is a registered professional engineer with 6 years of experience in lighting design, power distribution, fire alarm and security system design for residences, retail establishments, schools, universities, financial institutions, and athletic facilities, places of worship, restaurants, office buildings and healthcare facilities.  His experience has included extensive time involvement with project value engineering services, LEED design, life safety review and National Electrical Code Analysis.  His duties include; budget management, proposals, specifications, design and supervision of construction document development.  Blaine is an IEEE member.
